Welcome to SnapTime (also displayed as 悬浮时间, hereinafter the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are made by wangzz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and apply to your access, download, installation, registration, and use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before use. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our separate Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. License and Ownership

• The App and all its content (including but not limited to source code, object code, UI designs, icons, skins, text, audio, and brand identifiers) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws owned by us or our licensors
• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices you own or lawfully control
• Unless expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercialize the App
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App

3. Account and Device

The App does not maintain its own account system. Your “account” is equivalent to your Apple ID on the iOS device. The App uses your Apple ID-linked App Store to authenticate subscriptions and purchases. Please safeguard your Apple ID and password; we are not responsible for any loss caused by your own disclosure or improper custody.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following paid subscription tiers (final prices are those displayed in the App Store):

• Pro Monthly: auto-renews monthly
• Pro Yearly: auto-renews annually
• Pro Lifetime: one-time purchase, no renewal

For specific billing rules, cancellation procedures, and trial periods, please refer to the separate Subscription Agreement. You understand and agree that:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select the App → Cancel Subscription
• Apple Inc. is the sole recipient of in-app purchase and subscription payments; payment processing, taxes, and invoicing are all handled by Apple
• Refund policies follow Apple App Store refund rules

5. In-App Redirection

The App uses the standard iOS LSApplicationQueriesSchemes mechanism to redirect to third-party Apps such as JD, Taobao, Xiaohongshu, 12306, and Alipay. We do not participate in, control, or store any data within these third-party Apps. Any dispute arising from your interaction with a third-party App is solely between you and that third party.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to engage in any of the following:

• Violations of applicable laws, regulations, or international treaties
• Infringement of any third party’s lawful rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and reputation rights)
• Using the App for any form of illegal activities such as scalping, order brushing, fraud, or money laundering
• Distributing any illegal, non-compliant, obscene, violent, false, or malicious content through the App
• Attempting to bypass, crack, or interfere with the App’s security mechanisms, subscription validation, or anti-cheat measures
• Launching network attacks, DDoS, scraping, or other malicious behavior against any third-party systems through the App

If we discover any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately stop providing the App to you and to pursue legal action.

7. Third-Party Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites, Apps, or services. We make no warranties as to the truthfulness, legality, accuracy, availability, or security of any third-party content. Your access to and use of third-party content is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis; we make no express or implied warranties regarding the App’s functionality, availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness
• We are not liable for any inability to use the App caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, system maintenance, or third-party service interruptions)
• We are not liable for any loss caused by your own device failure, network environment, or misuse

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our cumulative liability arising from these Terms or the App exceed the total amount you have paid us for the App in the past 12 months (or the maximum liability permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, product features, or other circumstances. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app prompt or version update notes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you have the right to stop using the App and uninstall it.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people’s court with jurisdiction at our location.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
