本《用户协议》（以下简称”本协议”）由您与 wangzz（以下简称”我们”）就您使用 图记（以下简称”本应用”）所签订。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读。一旦您开始使用本应用，即视为您已阅读、理解并接受本协议全部条款。
1.1 您同意以合法合规方式使用本应用。您不得：
1.2 未经我们书面同意，您不得以商业目的转售、转让、出租本应用或其功能。
2.1 本应用的全部内容（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、文字、音视频素材）的知识产权归我们或相关权利人所有。
2.2 我们授予您个人、非商业、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可，许可范围仅限您在本应用内正当使用相关内容。
2.3 您通过本应用创作或上传的内容，其知识产权归您所有，但您授予我们在提供本应用服务所必需范围内使用该内容的许可。
3.1 本应用部分功能需要付费使用。具体费用、订阅周期、续期规则等以应用内展示的信息为准。
3.2 付费功能相关条款请参见《订阅条款》及 Apple App Store 的支付条款。
3.3 由于 Apple 平台特性，所有购买、续期、退款均通过您的 Apple ID 进行，我们无法直接受理退款请求。
4.1 本应用按”现状”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本应用的适销性、适用性、无错误运行、无中断作任何明示或默示担保。
4.2 对于因不可抗力（包括但不限于 Apple 服务中断、网络故障、自然灾害）导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
4.3 您应自行对本应用中产生的重要数据做备份。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您的责任总额不超过您在本应用中实际支付的费用。
6.1 我们可能不定期修订本协议。修订后的协议将在本页面发布，并修改生效日期。
6.2 如您继续使用本应用，视为接受修订后的协议。如不同意，您可停止使用并删除本应用。
发生以下情形之一时，我们可终止本协议并停止向您提供服务：
本协议的解释、效力、履行及争议解决均适用 中国 法律。如发生争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and wangzz (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of 图记 / Posty (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You agree to use the App only in lawful and compliant ways. You will not:
1.2 You may not resell, transfer, or lease the App or its features for commercial purposes without our written consent.
2.1 All content in the App (including software code, UI design, icons, text, audio, and video) is the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
2.2 We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content for their intended purpose.
2.3 You retain the intellectual property rights to content you create or upload through the App. You grant us a license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the App’s services.
3.1 Some App features require payment. Fees, subscription periods, and renewal terms are shown in-app and take effect once displayed.
3.2 Subscription terms are detailed in the “Subscription Terms” document and the Apple App Store payment terms.
3.3 Due to Apple platform rules, all purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed through your Apple ID. We cannot process refunds directly.
4.1 The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, and uninterrupted service.
4.2 We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Apple service outages, network issues, or natural disasters.
4.3 You are responsible for backing up your important data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid within the App.
6.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
6.2 Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you may stop using and delete the App.
We may terminate these Terms and stop providing services to you if:
These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in a competent court.
