本 App 提供基础功能供免费使用。
您可以通过应用内购买订阅 PhoneClaw Pro，解锁全部高级功能。可选方案包括：
您可以在 iPhone 的”设置” > “Apple ID” > “订阅”中管理或取消订阅。
本 App 可连接至您自行配置的第三方 AI 服务。这些服务由其各自提供商运营，我们不对这些服务的内容、隐私实践或可用性负责。您使用这些第三方服务需遵守其各自的服务条款。
本 App 及其原始代码、设计、图标、商标均为 wangzz 的知识产权，受中国和国际版权法及其他知识产权法律保护。
本 App 按”现状”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。我们不保证本 App 不会中断或无错误。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在 App 更新或本页面发布时生效。继续使用本 App 即表示您接受修改后的条款。
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突原则。

By downloading, installing, or using PhoneClaw (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices, subject to these Terms.
The App provides basic features for free use.
You can subscribe to PhoneClaw Pro through in-app purchases to unlock all premium features. Options include:
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The App can connect to third-party AI services that you configure yourself. These services are operated by their respective providers, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.
The App and its original code, design, icons, and trademarks are the intellectual property of wangzz, protected by Chinese and international copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be effective upon an App update or posting on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
