本《用户协议》（以下简称”本协议”）由您与 wangzz（以下简称”我们”）就您使用 AI换脸（以下简称”本应用”）所签订。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读。一旦您开始使用本应用，即视为您已阅读、理解并接受本协议全部条款。
1.1 本应用基于腾讯云 AI 能力提供人像变换服务，包括但不限于：变老、变年轻、变性、动漫化、智能美颜、任意模板换脸。所有生成结果均明确标注为 “AI 合成 · AI换脸”。
1.2 本应用为本地优先设计：您上传的人脸图像仅在内存中处理，不上传到持久存储；生成结果默认保存到您设备的相册，由您自主管理。
您承诺不利用本应用：
您理解并同意：因您违反上述规范而产生的法律责任由您本人承担，与我们无关。
3.1 本应用的全部内容（包括但不限于软件代码、界面设计、图标、文字、模板素材）的知识产权归我们或相关权利人所有。
3.2 我们授予您个人、非商业、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可。
3.3 您通过本应用创作或上传的内容，其知识产权归您所有，但您授予我们在提供本应用服务所必需范围内使用该内容的许可。
3.4 模板池中的明星、影视、国风、二次元等模板仅供个人娱乐使用，不得用于商业用途。
4.1 本应用部分功能需要付费使用。具体费用、订阅周期、续期规则以应用内展示的信息为准。
4.2 付费功能相关条款请参见《订阅条款》及 Apple App Store 的支付条款。
4.3 由于 Apple 平台特性，所有购买、续期、退款均通过您的 Apple ID 进行，我们无法直接受理退款请求。
5.1 本应用按”现状”提供。我们不对本应用的适销性、适用性、无错误运行、无中断作任何明示或默示担保。
5.2 AI 生成结果仅供参考，不构成专业建议（如医疗、身份识别、法律证据等场景）。
5.3 对于因不可抗力（包括但不限于 Apple 服务中断、网络故障、腾讯云服务异常）导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您的责任总额不超过您在本应用中实际支付的费用。
7.1 我们可能不定期修订本协议。修订后的协议将在本页面发布，并修改生效日期。
7.2 如您继续使用本应用，视为接受修订后的协议。
发生以下情形之一时，我们可终止本协议并停止向您提供服务：
本协议的解释、效力、履行及争议解决均适用 中国 法律。如发生争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and wangzz (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of AI换脸 (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 The App provides face transformation services based on Tencent Cloud AI capabilities, including but not limited to: age change (older / younger), gender change, anime-style, intelligent beautification, and template-based face swap. All generated results are clearly marked as “AI 合成 · AI换脸”.
1.2 The App is designed with a local-first principle: uploaded face images are processed in memory only and not uploaded to persistent storage; generated results are saved to your device’s photo album by default and managed by you.
You agree not to use the App to:
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from your violation of the above provisions.
3.1 All content in the App (including software code, UI design, icons, text, and template assets) is the intellectual property of us or our licensors.
3.2 We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content.
3.3 You retain the intellectual property rights to content you create or upload through the App. You grant us a license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide the App’s services.
3.4 Templates in the template pool (celebrities, film & TV, Chinese traditional, anime-style, etc.) are for personal entertainment use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
4.1 Some App features may require payment. Fees, subscription periods, and renewal terms are shown in-app.
4.2 Subscription terms are detailed in the “Subscription Terms” document and the Apple App Store payment terms.
4.3 Due to Apple platform rules, all purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed through your Apple ID. We cannot process refunds directly.
5.1 The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
5.2 AI-generated results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice (e.g., medical, identification, legal evidence).
5.3 We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Apple service outages, network issues, or Tencent Cloud service anomalies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid within the App.
7.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
7.2 Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate these Terms and stop providing services to you if:
These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in a competent court.
