1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 您主动提供的信息
- 上传的人脸图像：仅在您主动选择照片时由系统获取
- 反馈内容：您通过应用内反馈功能提交的问题、意见、截图
- 设置偏好：图片质量、AI 水印等选项
1.2 自动收集的信息
- 设备型号与 iOS 系统版本（仅用于崩溃诊断与功能适配，不上传您的人脸图像）
- 订阅凭证：仅本地 Keychain 存储，用于恢复购买
- 应用使用统计：模板使用频次、错误率（仅本地记录，不含个人身份信息）
1.3 我们不会收集的信息
本应用不会收集以下信息：
- 您的精确地理位置
- 您的通讯录
- 您的健康数据
- 您的 Apple ID 或其他账号密码
- 任何不必要的后台行为数据
2. 我们如何使用这些信息
- 向您提供本应用的核心功能（人脸变换、模板换脸、美颜、动漫化）
- 维护和改进产品服务质量
- 响应您的咨询与反馈
- 遵守适用的法律法规
我们不会将您的个人信息用于上述目的之外的用途，也不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。
3. 第三方服务
本应用集成了以下第三方服务，这些服务可能会收集必要的信息用于其声明的用途：

4. 信息存储与安全
- 本地优先：人脸图像在内存中处理完毕后立即丢弃；AI 生成结果默认保存到您的设备相册
- 存储地点：您的数据主要存储在您的设备本地
- 存储期限：生成结果默认仅保存到您的设备相册，由您自主管理
- 安全措施：我们采用 HTTPS 加密传输，不上传敏感图像到持久存储
5. 您的权利
您有权：
- 访问和查看您的个人信息（在本地设备上）
- 删除您的生成结果与本地缓存（设置 → 数据导出）
- 撤回您先前授予的相册权限（iOS 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → AI换脸）
- 通过 wzzvictory_tjsd@163.com 联系开发者行使您的数据主体权利
6. 未成年人保护
本应用的目标用户不包含未满 14 周岁的未成年人。如果您是未满 14 周岁的未成年人，请在监护人同意并陪同下使用本应用。我们不会在未获得监护人同意的情况下主动收集未成年人的个人信息。
7. AI 生成内容标识
根据《互联网信息服务深度合成管理规定》《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》，本应用所有 AI 生成内容均会：
- 添加显式 “AI 合成 · AI换脸” 水印
- 嵌入 C2PA 元数据标识
- 不得通过技术手段去除或修改上述标识

我们可能会不定期更新本政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并修改生效日期。重大变更我们会通过应用内通知或其他方式提示您。

English Version
wangzz (“we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use AI换脸 (the “App”), and the choices you have regarding that information. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
- Uploaded face images: only retrieved when you actively select a photo
- Feedback content: questions, comments, and screenshots you submit through in-app feedback
- Settings preferences: image quality, AI watermark, etc.
- Device model and iOS version (only for crash diagnostics and feature compatibility; not used to upload your face images)
- Subscription credentials: stored only in local Keychain for purchase restoration
- App usage statistics: template usage frequency, error rates (recorded locally only, no personal identity information)
We do not collect:
- Your precise location
- Your contacts
- Your health data
- Your Apple ID or other account credentials
- Any unnecessary background behavioral data
- To provide the App’s core functions (face transformation, template swap, beautification, anime-style)
- To maintain and improve product quality
- To respond to your inquiries and feedback
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not use your personal information for purposes beyond those stated above, nor do we sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services. These services may collect information necessary to fulfill their stated purposes:
- Tencent Cloud AI (face transformation, anime-style, beautification): required to deliver the core functions of age change, gender change, anime-style, and beautification. Tencent Cloud processes your uploaded face images in memory only; it does not persistently store them and does not use them for model training. Terms: https://cloud.tencent.com/document/product/301
- Apple StoreKit (in-app purchase and subscription): used to handle subscription credentials and purchase restoration. Privacy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
We have signed data processing agreements with these parties requiring them to handle your information at a standard no less strict than this policy.
4. Storage and Security
- Local-first: face images are discarded from memory immediately after processing; AI-generated results are saved to your device’s photo album by default
- Storage location: your data is primarily stored on your device
- Retention period: generated results are saved to your device’s photo album by default and managed by you
- Safeguards: we use HTTPS encryption in transit and do not upload sensitive images to persistent storage
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and review your personal information (on your local device)
- Delete your generated results and local cache (Settings → Data Export)
- Withdraw previously granted photo library permissions (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → AI换脸)
- Contact the developer at wzzvictory_tjsd@163.com to exercise your data subject rights
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 14. If you are under 14, please use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without verifiable parental consent.
7. AI-Generated Content Marking
In compliance with Chinese regulations on deep synthesis and generative AI services, all AI-generated content in the App will:
- Display an explicit “AI 合成 · AI换脸” watermark
- Embed C2PA metadata
- Not be removable or modifiable through any technical means
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or other means.
